We will schedule a time for support with you. Prior to providing support we will have a good understanding of the scope of what needs to be resolved. You will be provided with a link to join the session. We use ConnectWise Control for all of our remote support and you will need to install and run the application when prompted. Once connected we can begin!
When providing you with Remote Support you may be asked to enter your password or other information, but we do not need you to provide us with any type of confidential information about yourself or your computer. Any data gathered to resolve issues is not saved or stored.
We do however, reserve the right to record the session which is encrypted and saved for our own protection.
We can resolve software issues, hardware installation drivers, print driver problems, and scan issues, and we now offer WiFi reprogramming services to customers.
Do you connect to a network with a (SSID) name similar to:
ATT920aiwo or Suddenlink-293WI34a
And use a password such as:
Af/34%opa02#li81099
This can be very frustrating adding new devices and when you have 3 neighbors with the same service provider it can be confusing to connect to.
We can change your Wireless Broadcast SSID to any name that you want:
(My Company Name) or (Any Name You Choose) for your wireless network to use for devices to connect.
We can also update your password to a new one that you can choose and enter confidentially during the session
